The Ein Riese, German for “a giant”, is Ben’s version of a German-style Riesling. Off-dry in style, the fruit is taken from the Yacca Paddock vineyard, situated in the Kuitpo region of the Adelaide Hills. The grapes were handpicked and a whole bunch pressed. The end result is a delicate nose with floral notes and citrus blossom, with an enticing combination of sweetness, crispness and tang on the palate.
